The Role: Trend Micro is looking for a Renewals Sales Manager to join their multinational Centralised Sales Team. Reporting to the Director – Renewals Sales Management EMEA, the objective of this role is to drive sales initiatives and processes within our existing SMB customer base and meet industry leading Retention Rates. Within this role you will be part of a successful sales team and required to collaborate with all areas of the business. The purpose of this role is to drive sales initiatives and processes within our existing account of registered Trend Micro end users, resellers and distributors and be responsible for the management and generation of high retention rates for the French market. .

The Responsibilities

  • You are motivated to meet Renewal Sales targets by managing and nurturing Trend Micro’s existing customer base
  • You enjoy interacting and working with diverse teams in order to generate high Renewal rates
  • You have great communication and negotiation skills
  • You have the ability to optimise Channel Partner relationships
  • You understand how to manage a Volume Pipeline effectively
  • You are excited by taking ownership and inspired by Best Practices Sharing

You Are

 

  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Fluency in French and English
  • B2B Phone Sales Experience preferably in the IT Industry
  • A degree or other third level Qualification
  • Highly organised and effective Account Manager
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • A Team Player
