                                                              Director Marketing Germany

    The Responsibilities

    • Developing field marketing strategy and plan for Germany
    • Alignment marketing plan with sales goals
    • Managing the marketing budget, both discretionary budget and MDF – maximizing the effective return and ensuring maximum synergy with other budget / resource sources
    • Manage the Marketing Team (10 people based in Munich)
    • Collaboration with strategic channel partners of different types, both distribution and reseller
    • Maintain a clear set of marketing metrics
    • Form an integral part of the German Management team, collaborating effectively with all other colleagues within both the management team, the wider German sales, marketing and technical teams and the wider Trend Micro marketing team
    • Adopt and adapt Best Practice from other field marketing teams

    You Are

    • Excellent knowledge of all marketing aspects and tools (product marketing, channel marketing, , digital marketing, PR, Events , ) focusing on Marketing Automation, Account-based Marketing and Demand Generation in general
    • Strong people management and communication skills

    You Have

    • Strong business acumen
    • Experience in BU – EMEA Matrix organisation
    • Fluent in German & English
