    Reporting into the Head of Legal based in London - The position has arisen due to a high volume of work and has been devised in order to initially support the business’ sales functions, with view to the responsibilities becomig more varied to include handling and dealing with the below responsibilities:

    The Responsibilities

    • Keeping abreast of regulatory frameworks and Compliance, including GDPR
    • Some commercial litigation as well as employment law issues as and when required
    • Assisting with legal administration across the department
    • Assisting in the management of the company's Contract Management Systems
    • instruct and liaise with external Counsel

    You Are

    This is a superb opportunity for a 'business-minded' lawyer, where you will be challenged by a variety of tasks synonymous to a Global tech company.

    You Have

    This is role suited for an Experienced Lawyer/ FILEX, with a license to practice in the UK who is:

    • Experienced in corporate and commercial matters. Candidates could come from either Private Practice or In-House background. All industries will be considered, although experience in the software or security industry would be an advantage
    • Passionate, hard-working, self-motivated, commercially minded, principled and friendly. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as a good ability to manage competing deadlines.
    • Any additional fluency in a European language would be welcome.
