The role is responsible for owning the overall strategic technical relationship with the clients it is aligned to. These are typically organisations between 1000 and 5000+ employees, or specifically named large enterprise accounts. These can fall into various verticals, where understanding of the market is crucial. You will work with two senior account managers and have the support of subject matter experts in the form of Solution Architects. You will ensure the successful communication on both technical and commercial levels. Have the ability to solve complex issues and positioning in depth security transformation. This communication ranges from but is not limited to system administrators up to C-level executives. Trend Micro SE’s will on a regular basis deep dive into technical matters and be very skilled in understanding concepts such as the ‘Kill Chain’, cloud transformation and the evolving threat landscape.
