The objective of this role is to drive sales within midsized organisations in Europe. iRAMs are responsible for generating revenue directly through outbound calling to new or prospective customers, and through selling new or additional Trend Micro products to existing customers. iRAMs qualify and follow-up sales leads and have a thorough knowledge of Trend Micro products and services. iRAMs are responsible for keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge, as well as the competitive landscape.
