    Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a dynamic Channel Account Manager.


    In this role you will be responsible for generating and managing partner relationships , both developing new partners and existing accounts.


    The Responsibilities

    Trend Micro operates a 100% channel policy. The ultimate goal of the channel team is to contribute to the achievement of the Business Unit (BU) revenue goals.

    By working in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams we aim for the channel to generate 33% of our pipeline.

    Our partner strategy is to empower a team of channel account managers (and other similar job titles) to generate business in conjunction with partner types such as:-


    System Integrators.




    Cloud Service providers.

    Managed Service providers.

    You Are

    The role of the channel account manager is to:-

    • Promote Trend Micro and explore every opportunity to generate revenue via that partner.
    • Ensure any partner is up to date with our technical and commercial portfolio.
    • Develop joint business plans with measurable metrics to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
    • Understand the partners own go-to-market strategy and ensure we fit into this appropriately.
    • Hello navigate Trend Micro to ensure partners receive the support and information they need.
    • Act as the face of Trend Micro within that account.
    • Ensure they represent Trend Micro at every level of an account from the sales floor to the board room, including the back office functions.
    • To work in conjunction with the sales account managers to ensure peer to peer relationships are created.

    You Have

    • 5years + Security selling 
    • 3years + managing and navigating larger accounts is a must
