    Our Accounts Payable team are responsible for all invoice & employee expense processing & payment within the EMEA region. We are looking for a highly ambitious team member who is excited by the opportunity to grow their career at Trend Micro.     The Responsibilities

    • Processing a high volume of Purchase Orders (PO’s) related to Trade Invoices & Employee Expense Reports timely and accurately
    • Processing intercompany invoices & non-PO related invoices, ensuring accurate coding & approval for payment.
    • Ensure transactions are performed in conjunction with company policies & procedures.
    • Ensure accuracy and quality of entries.
    • Reconciling vendor accounts.
    • Maintain accounts payable aging report & debit balances.
    • Effectively manage the relationship with both suppliers and internal business partners.
    • Prepare weekly payment runs.
    • Assist in the development & continuous improvement of the accounts payable processes.
    • Drive to improve the Key Performance Indicators in all areas of the Accounts Payable function.

    You Are

    • Highly motivated and proactive
    • Flexible and adaptable to change
    • Fluent in English, fluency in additional European languages desirable but not essential
    • Excellent in communication and organisational skills
    • Organized and able to manage your time effectively

    You Have

    • Certification or Degree in Accounting or Business is desirable.
    • Experience in an Accounts Payable position in a multinational/shared service centre.
    • Highly motivated business/finance graduates seeking this role as an entry point to a Finance career will also be considered. Experience interning in a multinational organisation is a bonus.
    • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience is preferable but not essential.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate & high quality work.
    • The drive to continuously learn and look for improvements.
