  • Overview

    Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role plays a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the EMEA Treasury, payments and purchasing systems with responsibilities to include, but not limited to, control over data input, expenses process, payments, and month-end reporting. You will also be responsible for the administration of our payments systems including our many banking platforms

    The Responsibilities

    • Using updated technologies, implement best in class processes for Payments, and treasury reporting, including automation of banking transaction postings
    • Demonstrate tiered improvements in the payments and treasury processes through the development and implementation of a monthly and quarterly metric and control reporting pack
    • Administration of Corporate Credit Card System and Banking systems
    • Managing Bank accounts, mandates, and term deposit levels and administration
    • Maintain adequate cash flow and foreign exchange levels
    • Maintain agreements on intercompany deposits, loans and minimise cost of deposits
    • Support and control over Month End Tasks
    • Administration of Internal Purchase Order System and On-Line Web-Expenses Tool

    Primary Contacts 

    • Internal:- EMEA Finance teams, all BU or Europe Corp personnel up to & including BU Managers
    • External:- Auditors, VAT/Tax authorities, Finance departments of suppliers with regard to payments

    You Are

    • Professional Accounting accreditation desired

    You Have

    • Experience in a centralised treasury and payments function for a multinational with a demonstrated ability in the area of process improvement
    • 3-6 years experience in general finance, system improvements or business process analysis
    • Strong time management
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Attention to details with ability to deliver accurate & high quality work
    • Highly motivated and proactive
    • Must be flexible and adaptable to change
