In this role you will focus on our business functions in Ireland reporting to the HR Manager for this region. You will lead the design and delivery of people related initiatives to help promote Trend Micro as an employer of choice, meet business needs and sustain our culture of high performance.

As our Senior HR Advisor for Ireland, you will be responsible for developing and effectively project managing HR initiatives as required. You will identify growth and training needs as well as solutions to deliver in partnership with our leaders and provide effective employee support as needed.
