    Renewals Sales Manager Italy (Milan)



    The role:

    Trend Micro is looking for a Renewals Sales Manager to join our Italian Team in Milan or Rome. Reporting to the Country Manager Italy, the objective of this role is to drive sales initiatives and processes within our existing customer base (500+ users) and meet industry leading Retention Rates. Within this role you will be part of a successful sales team and required to collaborate with all areas of the business.

    The Responsibilities

    • You are motivated to meet Renewal Sales targets by managing and nurturing Trend Micro’s existing customer base
    • You enjoy interacting and working with diverse teams in order to generate high Renewal rates
    • You have great communication and negotiation skills
    • You have the ability to optimise Channel Partner relationships
    • You understand how to manage a Volume Pipeline effectively
    • You are excited by taking ownership and inspired by Best Practices Sharing

    You Are

    • Fluent in Italian and English
    • A highly organized and effective Account Manager
    • Self-motivated and results-driven
    • A Team Player

    You Have

    • Working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce
    • B2B Phone Sales Experience preferably in the IT Industry
    • A degree or other third level Qualification
