    The Role:

    We are hiring a Renewals Sales Executive to join our multinational centralised sales team. You will be driving sales initiatives and processes within our existing SMB customer base and meet industry leading retention rates.

    The Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for managing and nurturing our existing customer base. This will generally be with our customers with 500 employees or less.
    • You will work intensively to increase and improve product awareness within your assigned territory, through channel partners and direct interaction with customers
    • You will interact with our diverse teams in order to achieve or exceed your renewal targets
    • You can effectively manage your time and successfully manage your pipeline as well as accurately forecast revenue using our CRM tools.
    • You have compelling communication and negotiation skills and can confidently take ownership of your territory
    • You can work together with our channel partners to jointly grow revenue, and to fulfil our customer requirements

    You Are

    • An extraordinary teammate with the capability to work within our high-energy sales team environment and have a desire to work in collaboration within the team for broader success.
    • Fluent in English
    • Experienced in sales, ideally with a channel environment in the software or technology industries
    • An ambitious and entrepreneurial, creative, self-driving individual and are highly motivated by overachieving your targets
    • Well organized, with effective time management skills

    You Have

    • Phone sales experience, ideally within the IT or software industry
    • Positive and professional communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
    • A college/university degree or have the equivalent work experience
    • The ambition to continuously learn and develop
