    About my team:

     

    We are a team of 13, all creative and passionate about Marketing. Our goal is to spread the word about
    an exciting company, sharing this with customers all over Germany. We are a mix of experts who found their way to Trend Micro in different ways but all are happy we landed here. We benefit from a pool of
    valuable experience and appreciate the variety of talents.

    The Responsibilities

    You will assess, nurture and manage business options generated through marketing activities with the aim of independently converting them into opportunities. You will maintain the relevant leads, opportunities and associated activities and detailed information in Salesforce.

     

    You will not only answer inbound requests from potential customers and sales partners, you should try to turn these requests into a conversation in order to detect any possible sales opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales, Channel and Technical teams and will have the opportunity to provide support during events and trade fairs to talk with prospects and customers directly.

    You Have

    • Some professional experience within inbound and/or outbound calling with end customers
    • Strong affinity with IT topics; good knowledge of the IT sector and in the fields of IT, IT-channel and IT infrastructure are an advantage
    • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
    • Experience in using CRM systems and databases (Salesforce.com)
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Excellent command of German and good command of English
