    The Responsibilities

    • Manage our installed customer base, engaging with our customers across their product lifecycle ensuring they are deploying & getting maximum value from their Trend Micro solutions.
    • Managing escalations through collaboration with various functions (support, sales etc.) for our Enterprise customers
    • Identify any potential customer with a churn risk and collaborate with the relevant internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal.
    • Driving retention rates & growth, achieving renewal revenue targets on a quarterly/yearly basis.
    • Collaborate closely with account managers, sharing with them updates on the customer and engaging them when Customer has additional projects ongoing.
    • Proactively engage with Channel partners working closely with them to close renewal business.
    • Build strong relationships and complete regular account reviews with our Distribution and Channel partners ensuring there is a collaborative approach to managing our Customer base.
    • Issuing Renewal quotations in a timely manner ensuring the customer has correct pricing in advance of their renewal due date.
    • Generating quarterly reports providing general customers insights, revenue achievements and other observations for the Enterprise Customer base.
    • Achieving Renewal numbers & Forecast with accuracy 

    You Are


    • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and can confidently take ownership of your territory.
    • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
    • You can effectively manage your time and successfully manage your pipeline as well as accurately forecast revenue using our CRM tools.
    • Well organized, with effective time management skills
    • Positive and professional communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills. 
    • An extraordinary teammate with the capability to work within our high-energy sales team environment and have a desire to work in collaboration within the team for broader success.

    You Have


    • Experience in sales, ideally with a channel environment in the software or technology industries
    • Experience in managing an installed customer base
    • A college/university degree or have the equivalent work experience
