We are now seeking a driven and dynamic Integrated Marketing Programs Specialist with strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
Actively manage planning, development, project management and successful implementation of integrated marketing programs for audiences including awareness, demand generation, pipeline building and pipeline acceleration. Collaborate with various internal and external teams including global, regional and local teams to capitalize on the marketing mix with emphasis on the customer. Incorporating branding, communications, data, online, digital media, partners, customer references and events to create integrated audience specific programs.
Participate in Strategic Planning - Work with the UKI Marketing Director to determine goals for the market unit and translate into integrated audience specific programs.
Ensure programs and campaigns are expertly aligned with stated strategic goals.
Manage campaign and asset development working with internal delivery teams and external agencies.
Stakeholder Management - Strongly align with business stakeholders to ensure marketing programs closely align to business and sales goals.
Strategically drive program activation and acceleration within the UKI.
Track and evaluate of overall performance to refine programs for a real business impact. This includes e.g. business and campaign performance across the whole marketing mix, program execution, and pipeline impact. Collect and syndicate best practices.
