    About the team:

     

    We are a team of 6 delivering technical training for partners, customers and internal teams across Europe.

     

    With the growing need for more integrated and complex products to protect against ever-evolving cyber security threats, training plays an integral part in the customer success life cycle.

     

    The Responsibilities

    • You will conduct training needs analysis for multiple audiences where required
    • You will devise technical training according to identified needs
    • You will develop courseware independently or in collaboration with other training and product development teams
    • You will execute training sessions, webinars and workshops for external and internal audiences at home and abroad (Europe)
    • You will observe and evaluate results of training sessions and programs
    • You will keep up to date with Trend Micro solutions, third party technologies and threats through official training and self-learning

    You Are

    • Fluent in English
    • Enthusiastic, flexible, inquisitive and organized
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Able to manage your time autonomously and meet tight deadlines
    • An autodidact
    • Paying attention to detail
    • A versed communicator
    • Able to influence without power

    You Have

    • Proven experience as a technical trainer
    • Experience in technical courseware development
    • Degree/or adequate work experience in a relevant technical field
    • Technical support experience an advantage
