    The Responsibilities

    You will be accountable for managing existing and developing new relationships with resellers and end users in the MID market. The objective of this role is to proactively engage with the senior management of partners and focus on growing new sales within the customer segment. The emphasis will be on the effective management and motivation of both the virtual sales teams in the channel and keeping a direct touch with the end user.

     

    You will also accompany channel partners when visiting customer accounts, ensuring that accounts are developed to the full and that the complete range of company products and services are introduced to the customer, whilst ensuring that the channel partners are provided with accurate and timely updates regarding developments and technical enhancements in Trend Micro product portfolio.

    You Are

    • Fluent in both written and spoken Swiss-German and have a strong command of the English language.
    • Strong with presenting writing, and project managing.
    • Willing to travel internationally.

    You Have

    • Minimum of 2 years proven successful experience within a channel sales environment.
    • Experience gained within IT industry (essential) and security software industry (desirable).
    • Proven success in working with and selling to enterprise customers.
    • A sound understanding of sales environments with the ability to work towards and achieve targets.
    • Strong dedication to teamwork and to the growth and success of Trend Micro.
