You will be accountable for managing existing and developing new relationships with resellers and end users in the MID market. The objective of this role is to proactively engage with the senior management of partners and focus on growing new sales within the customer segment. The emphasis will be on the effective management and motivation of both the virtual sales teams in the channel and keeping a direct touch with the end user.
You will also accompany channel partners when visiting customer accounts, ensuring that accounts are developed to the full and that the complete range of company products and services are introduced to the customer, whilst ensuring that the channel partners are provided with accurate and timely updates regarding developments and technical enhancements in Trend Micro product portfolio.
