                                                                    Channel Account Manager (CAM) 

    Your role:

    According with the French Channel Strategy, the Channel Account Manager will be accountable for managing existing and developing new relationships with key Security Integrators. The objective of this role is to proactively engage with the Top Management of partners and focus on growing new sales.

    The emphasis will be on the effective management and motivation virtual sales teams in the channel aligned with Trend Micro Sales reps.

    The Channel Account Manager will be working closely with Channel, Sales,  Technical and Marketing direction, to promote Trend Micro Solutions through accounted Partners

    The Responsibilities

     

    • Maintaining and strengthen relationships within the channel partners at all levels including sales, marketing and technical departments
    • Recruit new partners aligned with
    • Work towards set annual and quarterly targets and maintaining up to date knowledge and understanding of industry related and technical developments.
    • Proven the Channel Sales Contribution on Business Unit Quota
    • Ensuring that the channel partners are provided with accurate and timely updates regarding development in Trend Micro products and technical enhancements.
    • Close liaison with marketing, finance and other departments within Trend Micro to maintain maximum growth against targets.

    You Are

     

    • Excellent in English skills.
    • Excellent at presentation, writing, and project management skills.
    • Excellent at communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally. Great Technical Compréhension
    • Great Technical Compréhension
    • Skilled in motivating individuals, addressing weaknesses and personal performance issues and supporting performance improvements.
    • Willing to travel. 

    You Have

    • 5-10 years of proven successful experience within a channel account development.
    • Experience gained within IT industry essential and cyber security software industry desirable.
    • Experience of working with and selling to enterprise Business Partners.
    • Sound understanding of the sales environment with the ability to work towards and achieved targets.
    • Sound knowledge and understanding channel strategy.
    • Strong dedication to teamwork and to the growth and success of Trend Micro
    • Ability to seek to resolve conflicts within the other team members and between partners.
