As an experienced Sales Engineer at Trend Micro, you will be the technical expert on our entire range of products. You’ll work closely with our field sales teams by driving the creation of high-quality content and actively participating in technical engagements from the pre-sales phase to deployment phase.
You will be our expert in Cyber Security specialist within Hybrid Cloud and Data Center solutions
A large part of your role will be customer facing both through guidance and coaching on-site, online, and via telephone and through presentations to large audiences at shows and events. Therefore, you should have the ability and desire to make complex tech accessible to customers who don’t understand it, as well as negotiating with experts.
