    Your role: Reporting to the country manager, the role will be responsible for responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities in the Baltics.

    The objective of this role is to achieve sales targets and maximize sales volume with assigned accounts, while exceeding customer expectations and creating a long term value for the client.

    The position is responsible for understanding customer strategies in able to sell Trend solutions to enable and support them. 







    The Responsibilities


    • You will identify, develop, process and close sales opportunities and develop customer orientated strategies to acquire new customers in line with our overall sales strategy.
    • Additionally you will maintain and strengthen relationships within all levels of sales, marketing, management and technical departments.
    • Attendance and presentation at relevant sales exhibitions, EBR’s and events.
    • Maintain up-to-date pipeline and forecast reporting systems, provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis as directed by the Country manager.

    You Are


    • Fluent in English as well as at least one local language.
    • Excellent at presentation and communication.
    • Excellent at influencing, negotiation and relationship building.
    • Flexible in mindset in a changing environment.
    • A strong fighting spirit to be successful in a highly competitive business.


    You Have


    • Proven and successful experience in a senior sales position within a high tech, enterprise focused sales environment.
    • Proven track record of success and good knowledge about the cybersecurity industry.
    • Strong background in IT based selling new business into large enterprise clients.
    • Extensive experience in opening up large enterprise accounts and building/maintaining strong multi-level relationships at large enterprise accounts.
    • Ability to use all available resources within the team and the Trend Micro channel to optimize the working relationships with our customers.
    • Ability to motivate customers and channel partners to position Trend Micro as a preferred and trusted business partner.
