    Director Sales Operations UK

     

    We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Operations Director to support our high growth sales organisation in the UK.  As part of the UK leadership team you will play a key role in defining and executing the strategy for our UK Business.  This is a senior role that will have critical influence on decision making within the organisation. 

     

    The Director Sales Operations UK reports to the VP Europe and will be a trusted advisor and support the VP Europe and Sales in their role.

    The Responsibilities

     

    • Owns and manages the UK planning and budgeting processes.  Brings the UK leadership team together to set the strategic direction for the UK business, to build the business plan and to execute on the business plan
    • Aligning Trend Micro sales roles with market opportunity in association with the sales leader.  Understanding cost structure, market potential, revenue potential and most productive model to achieve revenue potential.
    • Proactively create and monitor key metrics to drive the focus of sales & marketing organisation.  Track business performance and recommend adjustments to the business and plan based on performance.
    • Manage the quarterly sales forecasting cadence within the sales organization.
    • Directly manage UK Sales Support team
    • Directly manage UK Customer Success team
    • Driving sellers behaviours via tying business targets to the compensation plans, sales incentives and the goals of the sellers.
    • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key personnel.

    You Are

    • A strong relationship manager: Director Sales Operations must act as the co-ordinator between sales, technical, marketing and HR.
    • Detailed yet Strategic:  Able to dig into the details and at the same time keep focused on the bigger picture and the overall business strategy.

    • Able to produce high quality work with key attention to detail.

    You Have

    • 7 to 10 years experience in a senior sales operations role
    • Excellent analytical, collaboration, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, time management and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of CRM, Sales Automation and Business Intelligence tools.
    • Business Acumen:  Understand why decisions are made.  Ability to analyse requirements and come to conclusion that best meets business needs.  Ability to decline decisions that are not aligned to the business objectives.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
    • Strong capability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.
