  • Overview

     The Technical Account Manager is responsible for managing technical issues directly related to the use, support, and implementation of Trend Micro products and solutions, using effective customer skills on-site, over the phone, and online to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through understanding and identifying the customers' complex network.

    The Responsibilities

    • Effectively interacting with the engineering teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues, sharing best practices with other Technical Account Engineers to enhance the quality and efficiency of support
    • Maintaining and expanding working knowledge of current Trend Micro products as well as integration and methods of support delivery
    • Takes over Project Management Lead for current and future Premium Service Customers in case of PreSales
    • Responsible for RFP's with regards to the Premium Service Program itself
    • Works Closely together with EMEA TAM pool to manage open cases to resolution
    • Share knowledge through technical sharing or training
    • Continuously improve and upgrade technical knowledge and skills through training and certification
    • Meet business objectives and team targets defined by SLAs and Scorecards

    You Are


    • Very good Project Management Skills
    • Fluent in English and German 

    You Have

    • Very good Knowledge of networking and communication.
    • Experienced presenter
    • Use to talking to end user customers
    • Documented skill set, in Microsoft platform, including server OS, Exchange and other server applications
    • Documented skill set in Virtualisation (Data Center virtualization, Client virtualization)
    • Eager and enthusiastic with experience in the field
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft environment, both platforms and applications
    • Very good knowledge of the IT security sector
    • Experienced within the AV / malicious code field
    • Experienced with Unix / Linux platforms
    • Typically worked for large end users (enterprise) and / or resellers / channel partners, or even with other security vendors
