Trend Micro is on an aggressive growth path. The sales development team play a critical role in fuelling this growth. The focus is on inbound lead qualification, proactive calling campaigns and working closely with Account Managers on outbound communication to target accounts in order to move leads into and through the sales funnel, qualifying prospects, setting up sales qualified appointments and developing pipeline. The role of the SDR Team Leader / Manager is to provide day-to-day team management, demonstrate best practice by working as an SDR yourself, act as a mentor/coach, liaise closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure excellent partnerships, monitor progress against goals, analyse and optimise results and provide regular reporting. You are passionate about the sales development function, coaching and teaching best practices, results focused and analytical. You like using your technical knowledge to articulate solutions, be it via telephone, face-to-face or WebEx. You find it rewarding to generate high quality sales leads that build pipeline.
