    The Team

The European Web Team provides several services for the 13 European websites: localisation (translation), production, maintenance, paid search, and analytics & reporting. A lean team, we partner closely with the Global Web Team (headquartered in Dallas, Texas) to ensure consistent and timely alignment of the global messaging and updates to the sites. Locally, we partner with all European marketing stakeholders in the production, execution, marketing, and reporting for awareness and lead-generation campaigns. We pride ourselves on not only being a lean team but also a flexible, fun, and multi-talented group of individuals who provide top-quality customer service to our stakeholders. Internally, we offer opportunities for professional development and cross-training.

    The Role:

We’re looking for a creative, self-starting, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to help build Trend Micro’s digital presence and drive awareness across Europe.

Your primary objective will be developing, implementing, tracking, reporting on, and optimising digital marketing campaigns primarily across paid search (SEM), organic search (SEO) and organic as well as paid social media. As part of the European Web Team, you will work across languages and cultures, supporting at least 13 markets. This is a cross-functional execution role, working closely with the European Marketing Communications Director. Whilst your remit will be Europe, you want to work globally, collaborating with teams across the world to ensure everyone is on brand, on message, and using our digital channels in the right way.

Please note this role is based in our European Headquarters, Cork, Ireland.

    • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights; generate new and creative strategies
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and assets to optimise user experience and maximise conversion rates
    • Work with agencies, European and local marketers to support paid search, display, and retargeting campaigns

    • Work with the Global Marketing Team’s Social Media manager to optimise European-specific outreach through social channels
    • Collaborate with the Web Analytics Manager and BA/BI teams as needed to ensure proper tracking and review of data leads to desired results
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

    You Are
