    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Manager to join our UK Sales Business team. 

     

    The Responsibilities

    • Provide strong, hands-on sales management and leadership for the Sales team.
    • Motivate team members by demonstrating consummate professionalism and a successful track record of evangelizing and selling complex security software solutions to end-users in the enterprise market in UK.
    • Set quarterly objectives and performance goals against which to improve sales productivity of the sales team.
    • Inspire trust in your team and provide fair and clear management. 
    • Implement effective and efficient sales strategy to exploit market opportunities and align decisions to support UK Business Unit objectives.
    • Deliver predictable new business revenue and develop a Healthy Pipeline.
    • Focus on developing timely, profitable new business sales across UK customers.
    • Be accountable for achieving the revenue goals for the UK business as directed by the VP of Sales, UK.
    • Develop and maintain relationships both internally (Major & Regional Account Teams, Pre Sales Team, Channel team, Marketing team, etc.) and externally to enable delivery of strategy and plans
    • Develop senior level relationships in customers and create opportunities where appropriate
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new logo business.
    • Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad hoc basis as directed by the BU Manager or Finance Team
    • Attendance and presentation at relevant sales exhibitions and events. 

    You Are

    • A competent self-starter, comfortable within a dynamic environment and experienced in driving rapid growth. 
    • A Proactive team member, within UK and EMEA Team, assisting the development and critiquing of sales strategies.

    You Have

    • A proven background in Sales Management within the IT Security or IT infrastructure sector with specific expertise in UK IT security software, Enterprise end-user sales.
    • Strong track record and experience of navigating through the sales process within enterprise oranisations and access to key decision makers.
    • Will have a strong background in IT based selling into enterprise clients.
    • A “solutions sales execution” capability presenting a proven track record, whilst being able to perform and direct solution sales at a management level.
    • Consistently exceeded expectations and targets and frequently attends ‘Achievers’ Club event.
    • Demonstrable experience in setting objectives that align Enterprise Sales with regional revenue goals
    • Performance and commitment driven with excellent inter-personal and man-management skills with an ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers
    • Ability to drive specific sales strategies for overall regional growth
    • Several years proven successful experience in Sales Management of complex Enterprise Software in the UK
    • Formal sales management training
    • Strong people-management skills and experience: Skilled in performance management, motivating individuals, addressing weaknesses and supporting performance improvements
    • Excellent presentation and communications skills.
