Channel Account Manager East France (CAM)
As the regional Partner Ecosystem leader, the RCAM will act as a primary business contact for any kind of partner and TM Sales among the defined region.
RCAM will be recognized on the capability to drive channel business contribution and tangible revenue to meet the regional goal, as first, and will be responsible to growth local business relationships with leaders and sales within the key regional channel partners/service providers/systems integrators and national one where applicable
Will drive everything around recruiting, growing and nurturing the relationships with partner accounts and accelerating sales, according with Trend Micro regional Ecosystem which includes Marketing, Distributors Managers, iCAM, iRAM RAM, renew team and where necessary MAMs.
Is it expected you to work on “everything needs to be driven” in order to achieve the growth goal and build mutual beneficial relationship between Business Partners and Trend Micro Sales.
Proven the Channel Sales Contribution to meet and exceed Business Unit Quota.
Establish regional channel strategy aligned with Channel and Sales direction.
Maintaining and strengthen relationships within the channel partners at all levels including sales, marketing and technical department.
Ensuring channel partners are provided with accurate and timely updates regarding development in Trend Micro products and technical enhancements.
Work towards set annual and quarterly targets for committed partner.
Use the Sales Force system effectively, responsible for the development, management and closure of channel forecasted opportunities, and to keep PRM update, setting meeting report and up to date channel contacts.
Close liaison with all departments within Trend Micro to maintain maximum growth against targets.
Objectives: Sales personal contribution, forecast accuracy, rolling pipeline coverage with a min of x5, excellent Salesforce.
Activities: number of customer and partner meetings, Deal Registration, Partners Skilled and angaged, partner recruitment and full partner product enablement compliance.
Share quarterly Territory Opportunity Plan.
