About my team: We are a team of 5 Escalation Managers located in Cork, Ireland. We are a highly reactive team with responsibility for Critical Escalations. Our escalations range from single-customer issues to business wide ransomware outbreaks.   The Role:With a keen appreciation for the thrill of a crisis, you will be at the cutting edge of Trend Micro’s response to challenging technical and political situations, negotiating solutions between customers and leading our sales, Technical Services and Engineering teams towards solutions. You will have opportunity to influence the shape of Trend Micro products and services by harvesting feedback through your interaction with large Enterprise and VLE organisations.
